I’m Kaitlyn, a Black meditation instructor, spiritualist, and contemplative psychotherapist. My teachings deeply honor ancestral lineages and wisdom. Some of the medicines I use include: Teachings from African Science: Ifa, Hoodoo, Indigenous gratitude practices, Tibetan Buddhism, and Folk Herbalism.
